- Your WhatsApp phone number and profile name
- Your messages and voice notes that you send to the ChatBot
- Any other information that you voluntarily provide to the ChatBot or that we request from you

- To provide you with the ChatBot service and respond to your queries and requests
- To improve the ChatBot service and its functionality and performance
- To analyze how you use the ChatBot and generate aggregated statistics and insights
- To communicate with you about BAZ’s activities, programs, events, and opportunities
- To evaluate your eligibility and suitability for jobs at BAZ if you apply through the ChatBot
- To comply with our legal obligations and protect our rights and interests
How do we share your information?
We may share your information with the following parties:
- WhatsApp and its affiliates, as the platform that hosts the ChatBot service
- Our service providers and partners who help us operate and improve the ChatBot service
- Our regulators and law enforcement authorities if required by law or in response to legal requests
- Other parties with your consent or as instructed by you
How do we protect your information?
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WhatsApp account.
How long do we keep your information?
We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We may delete or anonymize your information when it is no longer needed or when we terminate the ChatBot service.

- You can lodge a complaint with us or with a relevant data protection authority if you have any concerns about our processing of your information.
